By accessing and using RefurbPhones, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Product Information

• All phones listed on our platform are refurbished.
• Each phone undergoes a rigorous quality check process.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.
• Actual product condition may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices of products may change without prior notice.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking.
• For online payments, you will be redirected to secure payment gateways.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timeline: 5-7 working days.
• Free delivery on all orders.
• Delivery only within serviceable pin codes.
• Proper address and contact details must be provided.

6. Warranty

• 6 months warranty on all phones.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
• Physical damage not covered under warranty.
• 7 days replacement for major defects.

7. Returns and Refunds

• 7 days return policy from delivery date.
• Product must be in original condition.
• All accessories must be returned.
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

8. Account & Registration

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts.

9. Privacy & Data

• We collect and store user information securely.
• Data is used only for order processing and communication.
• We do not share data with third parties.
